It’s difficult to struggle alone with anxiety or depression or stress in relationships. Psychotherapy can be very helpful when you find a good fit. You begin to feel comfortable sharing your story, and then the work can begin.
My approach to therapy is focused most of all on listening to you. Together we come to new questions. Our work can guide you to greater compassion for yourself and a sense of peace. Change often comes through new understanding of your own experience — your thoughts and feelings but also the world around you, both past and present.
