I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Warner Robins Georgia. I provide in-person therapy locally and telehealth video therapy throughout Georgia. I work predominantly with teens and young/middle adults helping them navigate difficult life transitions and improve the relationships that are important to them. I'm an Eclectic therapist. I use whatever therapy modality, process, technique, or strategy I believe will make your therapy experience interesting, effective, and memorable FOR YOU.
Life transitions and relationship challenges often manifest as anxiety, depression, and anger. My therapy style seems to resonate especially well with the teens and young/middle adults who come to me for help with the pressures of difficult life and relationship changes.
I try to create a calm and comfortable space and my communication style is direct, calm, curious, and interested. I make every effort to focus on creating a collaborative, trusting, solution-focused relationship with my clients without unnecessary criticism or judgment.
