Welcome! I am a compassionate, board-certified therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families heal from the effects of trauma and significant life stressors. With extensive experience in Attachment-Focused EMDR, EFT, and CBT, I offer a comprehensive approach to treatment for clients of all ages. I use a client-centered approach to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each person and the dynamics within their family and community and I strongly value using evidence-based methods to foster healing and growth.
My expertise in anxiety disorders, complex PTSD, self esteem and relational issues allows me to offer effective therapeutic interventions that lead to lasting healing and personal growth for individuals, as well as improved family functioning.
