My particular interest and passion lies in helping people develop deep and meaningful relationships, and believe that strong attachments are the bedrock of a healthy life. I treat families, couples and individuals, who struggle with anxiety and depression, isolating and self-injurious behaviors, couple or family conflict, divorce and co-parenting, and life transitions.

I carefully design treatment within a relational framework, draw on individuals' unique strengths, help people get in touch with hurts of the past, and encourage the development of more fulfilling visions of the future. In therapy sessions, you will enter a warm and accepting refuge, where emotional safety and deep acceptance will be found.
