I’m probably not your typical therapist, and that’s intentional. If you’re looking for someone stuffy, overly formal, or more interested in clinical jargon than genuine conversation, we may not be the best fit. I believe therapy should feel human. I may show up in jeans and sandals one week and a long dress the next. I have tattoos, I laugh, I may swear, and when needed, I’ll respectfully call you on your crap. What you’ll always get from me is authenticity, honesty, and a judgment-free space to be yourself.

With 20+ years of experience and specialized training in depression, anxiety, and trauma, I know therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll find what works for YOU. But therapy doesn’t stop when the session ends, you’ll be expected to reflect, practice new skills, and do some work between sessions too.

If you want a therapist who will be honest with you, challenge you when needed, and keep it real from day one, reach out. I won’t simply smile and nod or tell you what you want to hear. And if we discover I’m not the right fit, that’s okay, I’ll gladly help you find someone in our office who is.
