About
If you or your family are suffering, struggling to connect, or to find stability and progress in life, the process of therapy can support your growth and self esteem through these challenges. I work primarily with teens, adults, and families on specific issues such as anxiety, emotional disregulation, a difficult transition, trauma or loss, career or academic changes, and relational stress such as divorce or separation. Engaging in therapy can be the first step toward what matters most to you.
Offering complimentary phone consultations to discuss your needs and to work toward a plan that is right for you. I have a variety of resources, information, and skills I would like to share, and confidence that our work together will inspire your growth.
Whatever your concern is, let us talk it through. Therapy doesn’t have to be daunting, it can make you feel cared for and empowered. Other services include parent education and coaching, and case consultation.
