Through therapy we can work towards healing, while identifying underlying thoughts and patterns in order to achieve long term progress. Gaining insight about our own internal "blue print" can afford us the ability to make changes that can potentially change the direction of our lives. I take a very eclectic approach, as I utilize interventions from various theoretical approaches, in order to tailor therapy to each particular client.
While I am eclectic, I largely use a psychodynamic and insight oriented approach, which involves learning about our patterns and drawing connections between our past and present. I specialize in trauma and offer different approaches to aid client in processing trauma. I am trained and certified in EMDR therapy, as well as Ketamine Assisted Therapy.
