Being human isn't easy. Being with other humans can be even more difficult! Looking for new ways to deal with the challenges of life, relationships, and the negative repetitive patterns in your own brain? Sometimes it helps to talk to someone in a non-judgmental, open and curious way to help sort things out, explore new ground, practice new responses to the same old patterns, or know yourself (and a loved one) in a new way.

My style is direct and straightforward, with a large dose of playfulness and humor. I have training in several different approaches including mindfulness and mind-body awareness. If we pay attention in a kind way to how we inhabit our bodies from the inside out, we can open up new ways to Be, feel and think.

I welcome people, couples and families of all ethnicities, sexual orientations, cultures and spiritual traditions.

With playfulness & curiosity, we will explore practices & exercises that cultivate mindfulness by engaging the body. As mind & body act in unison, we find our calm yet dynamic center. All movement is light & easy; can be done while seated or with range of motion limits. Intro class, no prior experience in mindfulness or movement needed. Ongoing online classes on Zoom.
