I offer a unique, interactive, problem solving approach to every-day Life Problems, Marital/Family Issues, Addiction Concerns (including Interventions) and treating trauma. Blending CBT and MBCBT (mindfulness based) Yogic principles, I would be an active partner and honored to assist/witness in your journey toward health and healing. I maintain Certifications in Addictions, Trauma, EMDR and Yoga Education, and am familiar with Blended Families, Custody Cases, and Dependency Issues and have conducted Child Custody/Contact Evaluations and Adoption home studies. Also, I have 17 years of personal experience raising five children in a blended family with my husband as partner and best friend.

I am an energetic speaker and greatly enjoy addressing both small and large groups. I am available for speaking on a wide variety of topics. For those requiring more privacy, we offer a private entrance and exit. Inform our staff of your needs. We are wheelchair accessible as well.
