Hello, I'm Cindy! I am a licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping people connect with the resources that will move then in a positive direction. I have over 20 years of community-based work and I have been a therapist since 2018. I use a holistic approach because I believe it is important to provide the support your whole body needs and not just mental health needs. I will provide support to help you enhance your physical health, social health and spiritual well-being as I help you to strengthen your emotional and mental health.
I work with individual adults age 18 to 99 who are comfortable with telehealth and who have adequate bandwidth to support video visits and a quiet and confidential space to meet in during sessions.
I use a down to earth approach and language. I will provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to freely talk about what brought you to therapy. I am inquisitive and because I believe our lives are shaped during our younger years, I will ask you questions about your childhood experiences.
