I am a resident in counseling from Norfolk, Virginia and I graduated from Norfolk State University. What introduce me to the world of counseling was my family; I started counseling them at a very young age giving them advice and analyzing their behaviors. I also was a troubled teenager who had issues with processing my own emotions and I remember not being able to get help from anyone, yet I was helping others which just happens to be a talent of mine.
My clients that I work best with are adolescent to adult ages 12-60 and I assist them with reaching their goals by obtaining background information about client’s history along with presenting problems and asking them what goals they would like to work on themselves. My specialties are co-occurring disorders, children with ADHD & Autism.
