About
Life gets overwhelming for everyone at times. Whether it’s adjusting to a new life transition, feeling anxious or depressed, coping with past trauma, or relational difficulties with family or partner. Picking a therapist can also be difficult. It is important to find the right fit for you. I provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space to help you reach your therapy goals. I build on strengths, teach tools, and provide support as you navigate through this challenging period towards further growth.
My treatment specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and loss. The most frequent therapies I utilize are Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Trauma Narrative Therapy. I have a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology and an Enlaces Certificate, an emphasis in counseling the Latino population.
I enjoy working with Latinos and different minority groups, being a first generation Latina woman myself. Seeking help takes courage and strength. Congratulations on making the first step towards growth. It would be my pleasure to walk on this journey besides you.
