Therapy can be an opportunity for individuals to grow, understand themselves better and find an overall balance in life. I believe that all individuals are resilient, capable of healing, and can overcome any challenges that they may face. As a therapist, I provide my clients with a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I will work with them to explore, challenge, and guide them to gain insight and self-awareness, and ultimately, create concrete positive changes in their lives.
I offer a personalized approach tailored to my client’s individual needs from a multicultural lens. I offer both long-term and short-term therapy. I enjoy working with adults, young adults, adolescents, those in the entertainment industry and those with health issues.
My specialties include depression, anxiety, life transitions, difficulty in life phases, attachment issues, identity development, and loss and grief. I also have a special interest in multiculturalism (Filipino and Asian American) and health issues. It would be an honor to work with you through your healing journey. I look forward to connecting with you!
