Therapy offers a meaningful space for growth, self-understanding, and finding balance in life. I believe that every individual possesses the resilience and capacity to heal, and with the right support, we can all learn to flourish, even in the face of challenges. As your therapist, I offer a safe, supportive and compassionate space, often with a touch of humor. Together, we’ll explore how your past shapes your present, uncover unhelpful patterns, and build awareness and practical tools for concrete, lasting change. My approach is collaborative and empowering, helping you move toward your fullest potential.
I’m especially passionate about working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, attachment issues, identity development, and loss or grief. I also have a special interest in supporting those in the entertainment industry, those with medical issues, and members of the Filipino and other Asian American populations.
Life can be tough at times, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m glad you’re here and considering support. You are welcome, valued, and respected in this space. Please feel free to reach out by email or phone so we can chat! I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward a fulfilling and satisfying life. You’ve got this!
