Counseling provides a safe space for clients to process their thoughts and emotions. I am passionate about building rapport with individuals, identifying their strengths, and encouraging them in the healing process to help them reach their true selves. My goal as a therapist is to assist clients in gaining insight into their lives to initiate change.
As a retired career educator I worked with children in grades K-junior high and their parents. I believe this experience gave me a valuable insight to allow me to connect with children. I have been trained in play therapy and currently see many children.
