I help clients with many different things: relationship issues, spiritual questions, and finding greater meaning in their lives, as well as trauma of all kinds, and difficulty with managing emotions, anxiety, and depression. I integrate many approaches that can help you build the connection to and confidence in your own inner guidance, including but not limited to: mindfulness, Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Transforming Touch, EMDR, transpersonal psychology, Bodynamics, attachment repair, pre/perinatal imprints, biodynamic cranio-sacral, and psychoeducation, as well as coaching and direct inquiry.
One of my specialties is Somatic (def: of or relating to the body) Experiencing, for trauma resolution. Another specialty is guidance for expanding the ability of the body to tolerateemotions, and learning how to live from spiritual awakenings/shifts/realizations and managing the related psyhological and energetic processes that can follow these openings.
All therapy sessions are currently being offered via video or phone. I offer direct inquiry (guided spiritual self-inquiry into the nature of being) free of charge via email. I also provide private mindfulness/meditation instruction and coaching upon request for fee.
