My belief is that by identifying salient disconnections and working towards reconnection that one is on the path towards healing.
I help people move from surviving to thriving. My areas of expertise are relational and developmental trauma, immigrant/acculturative mental health, pre/post natal health, psychospiritual wellbeing, and couples therapy.
