About
My practice centers on acceptance and creating a safe place to explore roadblocks to freedom. I hope to support clients towards authenticity of who they were designed to be. Through a holistic approach I account for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing in how they all cooperate and balance together.
As an International Psychologist, I tailor my treatment approach according to each client's unique experiences, strengths and challenges. Some treatments I use are meditation, mindfulness, positive psychology, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, art, and rational emotive therapy. The goal is to see others freed and empowered to walk in their true potential.
My specialties include trauma, intercultural adjustments, anxiety, spiritual, depression and relationship issues.
