Hello! My name is Cindy Eames and I have over 20 years of experience assisting males and females ages 13-80+ in individual, couples, and family counseling. It is amazing to see the progress people can make when they are provided a supportive and non-judgmental environment to work through whatever life's challenges they are facing. Life stressors can be tremendously impacting to us, whether they are current issues from our home, work/school settings and society in general, or struggles and traumas experienced earlier in our lives. I assist many who seek tools to assist a loved one that is suffering but aren't seeking help themselves.
Stress levels and other variables differ for each person and therefore emotions can range from mild anxiety and/or depression to quite intense and overwhelming emotions, but with therapeutic resources, coping and communication skills, and stress management skills, these current stressors or past traumas can be managed or resolved.
I work within your values and belief systems and welcome your call to discuss the issue(s) that you are facing.
