Welcome, my name is Cynthia, and I am glad you are taking steps to take care of yourself! I am honored to partner with God to provide mental health, substance/alcohol, and Christian counseling to women ages 18 and above. Helping women recognize their inner strength, overcome, and thrive beyond such issues as trauma, abuse, addictions, and tragedy is a calling in my life. My experiences and research show that being spiritually well improves our mental, emotional, and physical wellness. If you a woman struggling with the past, the present, or the season's changing negatively affecting your mental health, please reach out for support.
I use mindfulness, emotion focused, eco/nature, and Christian or spiritual therapy in indoor, outdoor, and online settings. In the first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and ways to address your needs. Throughout therapy, we will examine how your thoughts and emotions affect your life and healthy coping techniques to improve your future.
If you are a woman seeking help with alcohol/substance use or mental health issues who would like to meet online, in-person, or in outdoor/community settings to walk, talk, or connect with nature in a stress-free environment, Iets work as a team to improve your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being and better your life and future.
