Life does not come with a manual. Life is hard. Sometimes we just wish there was someone who would just listen. We don't need anyone to take sides. We just need to explain our situation and see if our feelings are valid. Sometimes we are too worried about what others will think of us that we stay in our own heads. Chances are we have judged ourselves enough that we just want to be heard by someone else.
I am nonjudgmental and laid back. I think most people are too hard on themselves. We are afraid to show our emotions. Sometimes we are don't know how to show our emotions. I have worked with a wide scope of individuals with mental health issues. I believe we all deal with mental health issues sometime in our lives.
I have had some individuals in my life that I would not have made it without. I was introduced to therapy myself as an adolescent and it has gotten me through some really tough times and continues to. That is why it is my passion to be there for others to help them understand themselves and keep going,
