Life's journey can be overwhelming. I am here to help. Within our nurturing relationship, we will examine thinking patterns that may be sabotaging your daily enjoyment. And, with a reframing of these thoughts, a fresh new perspective will light your path! My background includes a B.S. in psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign and an M.S.W. from Jane Addams College of Social Work, University of Illinois, Chicago, Illinois.
The process of healing requires an unconditional relationship, thus allowing you the freedom to discuss problematic issues, perhaps for the first time. My diagnostic skills are excellent, which is key in developing a successful treatment plan. Learning skills to cope with the inevitable stress of daily living is our goal.
