I know it can be hard to start something new, especially therapy, but I've seen it work in my own life and countless others. Many things become possible when you show up for yourself in this way. There is a reality where you can feel better be it grief, anxiety, depression or a relationship that's going through a hard time. Of course maybe what's going on for you doesn't fit neatly into any of those categories. That's okay! One thing is clear: you want to feel better and I am here to help. It is amazing what can happen when you feel heard.
I am a holistic-based, solution-oriented therapist, trained in EMDR and trauma-informed. For couples, my approach is primarily emotionally-focused. For all my clients my aim is to help you feel more seen, heard, and understood so that the changes you seek stop feeling so elusive.
I offer a free 20 minute consult with all new clients. It's important to determine if we're a fit and it's a good opportunity for both to get to know one another. I do look forward to meeting you!
