I have been working in mental health for 9 years and have a passion for helping people of all ages begin their journey of self discovery, transformation and healing to become the best version of themselves. I believe that every person has a story to be told and a story to re-write. It is with learning, patience and understanding of ourselves that we can learn to heal and create change. If you struggle with anger, dissocation, anxiety, depression, trauma (abuse, sexual assault ect..), somatic symptoms, issues with marriage/relationships, and parenting then please take a minute to reach out for a consultation.
The emphasis on B.E. in B.E.ing LLC speaks to the butterfly effect in the Chaos Theory of life; that any small step or change can have a ripple effect in the Universe. Working together we will bring the realization to the mind, body, and spirit connection that allows the full picture of trauma healing and how to write a new story of your life.
My approach includes treating the whole person: mind and body are both essential in the healing process. This therapuetic journey will emphasize your mental health as well as your physical and spiritual health. So please take a minute to reach out and see if we are a good match. Thank you
