I have 20 years experience working with children, adolescences, adults and families who have relationship issues, endured traumatic experiences or school/job stressors. I also have successful help children with emotional and behavior difficulties and individuals dealing with life style issues. It is my belief that people have the innate potential to free themselves of emotional difficulties. My goal is to provide the necessary tools and teach skills needed to overcome difficulties so you can live a fulfilled life. Additionally, maintain an/or develop meaningful relationships with family and friends.
I use evidence-based techniques that are creative and expressive to empower clients to resolve difficult issues. Specifically, I utilize EMDR, play therapy, sand tray, and child-parent relationship format. Children and adults will feel safe and respected as I have a relaxed and nonjudgemental approach to counseling.
In this ever changing world, life can become complicated. I invite you, your child or significant other into counseling where one can repair and restore.
