Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and can see clients located anywhere in PA. I work with teens and adults dealing with stress, anxiety and trauma-related issues. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist as well a CBT trained therapist. I use a mix of many different styles in order to customize therapy to the direct needs of each individual client. I would be happy to discuss more and answer any questions you might have!
I utilize my background and graduate education in cognitive-behavioral therapy and EMDR in order to help clients work through concerns such as trauma, anxiety, stress, panic, depression and navigating a medical diagnosis. I aim to provide an environment where individuals can feel understood, accepted, and confident that common goals will lead to success.
I work with clients age 15+ and all developmental levels—including clients with complex trauma. I am trained in trauma therapy and recovery and help clients address current and more complex past traumas in a caring and understanding setting. I am certified in Dr. Karyl McBride’s five-step recovery model for treating adult children of narcissistic parents.
