Others see me to gain insight and understanding to a life transition or temporary problem. I provide a safe and warm environment for my clients to feel understood, encouraged, and hopeful. I use evidence-based and goal-directed treatments. I am passionate about working with people to reach their potential and flourish. Therapy within a Christian framework is offered upon request.
During our first session, I seek to understand you, your needs, and your situation with compassion and empathy. Collaboratively, we discuss treatment goals and I provide insight to your present problem to help you start getting unstuck. Clients leave their first session with hope and a plan of action towards wellness.
I live just north of Pittsburgh, PA with my husband and four children. I enjoy reading, crafting, spending time with my family and playing with our puppy. I am my daughter's Girl Scout Troop Leader and love being able to watch our troop of girls grow and flourish! Being with family and friends fuels my heart.
