I assist clients in reaching short and long term personalized goals using traditional and nontraditional approaches to address depression, anxiety, trauma, and issues of abuse. In taking a holistic approach to wellness I work within all aspects of life to bring about personal and family growth and development. In working together to create, develop, and build strategies that support you...I introduce skills and strategies that can be incorporated into daily life.
The goal of my practice is to provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere while creating support for individuals, couples, and families. Traditional as well as eclectic methods such as music, art, narrative, and drama are also used to address concerns inclusive of crisis intervention. Limited, evening and weekend appointments provided.
