Announcement icon I have openings for new clients to begin therapy by video during the shelter-in-place order. Call or email for a free consultation.
For 14 years, I have worked successfully w/adults, couples, and teens who want to feel better/create change in their lives. Whether relationship difficulty; anxiety or depression; work or school stress; life transition; trauma, loss, insecurity; you seek direction, deeper connection, a more creative/fulfilling life; or just feel lost or stuck--I tailor the treatment to your unique needs. Good therapy can transform--lead to feeling more alive, true to yourself, capable. We'll work together to alleviate your suffering, challenge the patterns of thinking/relating/behavior behind your distress, find new perspective, achieve your goals.
My work is warm, interactive, practical, and fosters lasting change, integrating relational depth work w/other modalities. Young adults; midlife change; creatives/gifted; identity issues (sexual, gender, cultural); couples/individuals for all relationship issues, including communication, trust, commitment; sex/intimacy; infidelity; divorce; parenting.
I hold degrees from Brown University, USC School of Cinematic Arts, The Wright Institute. My clinical training, background, and prior professional work in film production/business; art, design; and in academia provide special expertise w/technology, creative, legal, medical professionals; founders, innovators, career changers; artists, writers, students.
