Welcome! My name is Cynthia and I am a mental health counselor licensed to practice in NY and CT. Have you been feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or like you are just going through the motions? My treatment modality is integrative or eclectic, which means that I use a combination of different treatments and tailor them to your specific needs. I draw from different treatment approaches like CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, Gestalt, attachment-based, and motivational interviewing, among others.
