Hello, I'm Cyndi and I specialize in helping adults heal from the lasting effects of childhood trauma, abuse, and military experiences. So many people carry invisible wounds from painful things that have happened in the past; feeling on edge, disconnected, or weighed down by shame and self-doubt. You don't have to keep fighting this battle alone. You're not alone, and you're not broken. Healing is possible, and it begins with safety and connection. I understand how hard it is to open up, especially if you've spent years trying to survive by staying guarded. My goal is to offer a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported.
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, strengths-based, and focused on the areas of concern that are of importance to you. I can also integrate EMDR therapy to help you process memories that feel "stuck" and help put them to rest so that they are not disrupting your daily functioning, causing nightmares, or negatively impacting your relationships.
