My 30+ years of experience include mental health, substance abuse and pain management. I take a holistic approach to the following specialties: depression, anxiety disorders, pain management, grief and loss, co-dependency, stress, divorce adjustment, trauma, women's issues, self esteem, aging parents, life transitions and spiritual growth.

I have earned a certificate in hypnosis especially for trauma, completed a 3 year program of the Rubenfeld Synergy Method (R), completed the Integrative Process with Dr. Werner Kundig and am a facilitator of SoulCollage (R). I have also completed a 2 year spiritual guidance program.
