Inner work can clarify emotional patterns and help discern what goes on around us. This process makes a difference in how we live our lives. Therapeutically, we will explore what matters most to you. Along with our conversations, engaging with dreams, writing, art, or music can help us better understand the transformative potential of these emotional depths. As you develop a greater sense of your own well-being, your inner work can make a unique difference in the world.

CURRENTLY, I am only accepting clients primarily via "Skype" (actually a teleconference system for clinicians that is more secure than Skype). Many like the convenience and the depth oriented approach. It works best if you have a strong commitment to inner work, as well some practical things for a session: privacy, tablet/computer, strong internet.

I look forward to hearing from you and exploring if this approach and way of meeting together could work. Licensed in NC, CA, NY.

Cynthia Anne Hale's Groups

Dream Group for Therapists Closed

This monthly Dream Group for psychotherapists will reconvene in the fall with limited openings for new members. The focus I facilitate is to relate more consciously to how our dreams affect us in waking life, including our clinical and creative work. Rather than dream analysis, the group is experiential, using the methodology of embodied imagination that was pioneered by Jungian analyst Robert Bosnak. No experience necessary but commitment to dream work is essential. Nurture your own depth. Your clients and your creativity will benefit as well.

Depth Supervision/Case Consultation Group Closed

FOR PRACTICING THERAPISTS: I have gathered a warm and supportive group to regularly reflect upon clinical work from a depth perspective that is based in analytic psychology. To engage with multiple levels of awareness through case presentations and discussions, we will: *Attune to the subtle and yet powerful dimensions of psychotherapy *Develop practical skills *Explore how dreams and embodied awareness can inform our work *Practice ongoing self-reflection *Tend the connection between your clinical work and creative energy. If you are interested, please contact me to discuss any questions as well as your clinical interests and background: CynthiaHale@imaginalways.com
