About
Have you ever seen a turtle trying to cross a busy street, with Its head bobbing in-and-out of its shell as the cars whiz by? Well, I'm that someone who will stop their car, get out, and help that turtle cross the street without injuring itself. If you feel like that turtle, and are having a difficult time navigating your way through life, then you have come to the right place.
I have over thirteen years of counseling experience, helping people from all walks of life, ethnicity and culture. I counsel individuals who have been in crisis and who have had traumatic backgrounds. Using EMDR, together, we can work to give you the tools necessary for nurturing personal growth and to help you, cross that busy street.
Counseling can be extremely effective if you are ready to make changes. Have you been stuck or overwhelmed? Do you have relationship, family, work or school issues? Have you been in trouble with the law? I understand hopelessness and what it's like to feel defeated and I would be pleased to work with you.
