About

I specialize in working with couples and individuals in all stages of relationship. This includes traditional and non-traditional couples as well as step couples. I also have specialized training and experience in Trauma Treatment, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Mindfulness. COUPLES: We can work together to explore patterns in your relationships that are no longer beneficial, and develop new ones that support a healthy and more satisfying partnership. It is important to me to create a balanced environment in which you can feel safe to explore difficult topics and seek solutions.
TRAUMA/PTSD: The effects of trauma can reach into your life and create struggle that is difficult to understand. The resulting feelings are often overwhelming. New and ongoing research provides ever-expanding options for healing and building resiliency in your life. Each experience and each journey to healing is unique. It is my goal to help you find yours.
It takes great courage to embark on the journey of self exploration. I feel privileged to travel alongside as you engage in this process and I offer a compassionate, personalized approach to our work. I am happy to answer any questions you have to help you determine whether we would be a good fit as you journey toward a more balanced and satisfying life.
