I have been working with adults of all ages for the past 30 years. During this time, I have helped people with some of the following issues and life challenges: depression; anxiety/panic; life transitions; grief and loss; chronic pain and illness; domestic abuse; parenting; grandparenting; relationship issues; conflict in the work place; self esteem; recovery from childhood abuse or neglect.
I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy drawing from a variety of theories and models. I am trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems.
My approach is client-centered as I see myself as a facilitator gently opening doors while people recognize their own strengths and in so doing, see that their greatest resources are within themselves. It is an honor to accompany people along their unique paths of healing and personal growth, discovering their own inner wisdom.
