Navigating the waves of distress in life can be overwhelming and bring about feelings of hopelessness. Deciding to seek support and assistance to traverse those waves can be difficult. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience working in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. My clinical focus is assisting individuals of all communities who are currently struggling with depression, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and grief. I’m a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and ADHD-Certified Clinical Provider.
I have an empathetic and compassionate approach to providing therapy. I utilize an integrative approach that focuses on integrating mindfulness practice into daily routine to foster holistic health.
