Having worked in education, community health, and private practice, I possess extensive experience counseling adults, children/teens, couples, and families. I work with all ages and am available weekdays, evenings and weekends. A specialist for OCD, ADHD, family estrangement, and women's issues across the lifespan, I also treat trauma, grief, school issues, anxiety, and PTSD. I am a trained therapist for a cutting-edge, quick-acting treatment called Flash Technique, a minimally intrusive therapy that can help clients of any age for all sorts of mental health issues. I also am TRIPP certified for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
I meet clients’ needs with the most appropriate therapy for them. I am IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed & use various treatment modalities: play therapy, art therapy, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), ACT (acceptance & commitment therapy), ERP (exposure & response prevention), Flash Technique, and somatic methods such as mindfulness.
