I specialize in working with male survivors of sexual assault and trafficking, as well as individuals navigating trauma's lasting impact on their lives and relationships. My clients often feel burdened by low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, or PTSD, stemming from sexual trauma or caregiving's inherent challenges. Through empathic, psychodynamic talk therapy and Gestalt two-chair work, I help them confront their pain, process their experiences, and rebuild their sense of self.
