I work from a trauma-informed lens, compassionately collaborating with you to identify and work towards whatever goals you set. I am a warm, approachable counselor with an integrative approach. I have experience supporting clients with parenting, troublesome childhoods, chronic anxiety, depression, healing from sexual abuse and meaning of life issues.
