My name is CynDee Pakyurek, PhD. I am a licensed psychologist in California (License PSY33716). I completed my graduate studies at California School of Professional Psychology. I was employed at Mayo Health System, Minnesota, for several years before I moved back to California, where I now work in private practice. I see clients both virtually and in-person. I know it may be difficult to take that first step to seek help. I believe that prioritizing mental health is a key to a happier, stable life.
Our first session will consist of an intake where I gather information regarding your life history because everyone is unique. Our follow-up sessions will consist of listening to your worries, setting goals, and leading you through various strategies to help you feel more satisfied with life.
I am warm, genuine, and listen well. I strive to create an environment that will allow you the comfort of sharing your story and discussing what you hope to achieve in therapy.
