I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) who values the individuality of each patient and their needs within the context of universal human fears, existential and terrestrial. In other words, if you're tired of the old tapes in your head, we will be able to address this in session. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, eating disorders & relationship challenges in individual & couples therapy. I use EMDR as a modality for trauma work combined with humanistic existential psychology, DBT and mindfulness . I trust in the therapeutic process and I'm passionate about facilitating change with my clients.

I have 13 years of experience & am passionate about psychotherapy. My diversity has been shaped through my time living in England, Zimbabwe, Mauritius & I'm now settled in Los Feliz. Eating Disorder Support Group (Ended Octo, 2016)
Adolescents (15 yrs+) & Adults welcome. All genders welcome. Talk Therapy support for anyone struggling with an eating disorder. A safe & supportive space to find comfort and explore recovery. Tea & coffee served at start of group. Donation fee is $10 per group. The location is in Los Feliz, just off the 101 exit Vermont. Cross street is Normal Ave.
