You care about your partner, your family, and doing the right thing. But caring and knowing what to do aren't always the same thing. Many of the men and couples I work with feel stuck in the same arguments, disconnected, struggling with intimacy, or wondering why relationships feel harder than they should. They aren't broken. Most were simply never taught the communication, emotional, and relationship skills a healthy connection requires. In Utah's unique landscape, I create space for both LDS/non-LDS experiences with respect, understanding, and care. My goal is to help clients build stronger relationships and meaningful lives.
I offer a collaborative and shame-free space to explore your story. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman principles, humanistic and somatic approaches, I help men, adults, and couples rebuild trust, deepen intimacy, and navigate transitions with clarity. Together, we move beyond coping toward genuine healing and meaningful connection.
Starting therapy takes courage, and you do not have to do this alone. Whatever you are carrying, whether grief, disconnection, or uncertainty, your story matters here. Healing is possible, let’s reconnect you to your own voice and help it tell a story you’re proud to live.
