Throughout life we travel across a variety of paths. Some paths have a nicely paved sidewalk, no cracks or bumps causing us to stumble along the journey. Most of the time, however, our paths take a little clearing and careful steps to get us to our destination. I am passionate about assisting clients in clearing and learning how to navigate their paths. When we meet together you will be greeted with enthusiasm, humor, a warm environment and the tools to clear and navigate the tribulations in front of you.
I use a relaxed, person-centered approach throughout the therapeutic process. I maintain a warm and empathetic environment for my clients to explore and grow in. I specialize in interpersonal relationships, severe mental health concerns, and anxiety and depression. My counseling techniques are applied from various treatment modalities to best fit your needs.
