My clients are individuals and couples who want to change their lives through a targeted and transformational coaching experience. I work with highly motivated, intraspective, and hard working people. I coach individuals/couples who are seeking to make changes in their relationships, improve their self-esteem, manage their stress and anxiety, or conquer an addiction. In addition, I work with individuals who are seeking to turbo charge their careers and lives through mindfulness techniques and empowerment coaching. Corporate clients include The Coca-Cola Company and Clark-Atlanta University.
Empowerment and Change are the cornerstone of my practice. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples experiencing distress in their relationship. I also use positive psychology modalities such as visioning, meditation and happiness techniques to help manage stress and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to support my clients with anxiety.
My practice is unique in that I am an Ivy League certified executive coach and therapist and work with clients from a holistic perspective. I use a therapeutic coaching style and work with issues unique to milleninals, such as dating in the digital age, emotional intelligence, and career mapping.
