I help people set appropriate boundaries so they don’t feel smothered and instead feel the space to live more freely.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help people alter the way they think about their lives and feel the motivation to make the changes necessary to help them feel empowered to handle life’s challenges.
