About
Would you like to make sense of your life story so that you can experience deeper relationships and a more fulfilling life? I work with individual adults, couples and teens 15+. People often seek me for therapy to work on stress and anxiety, depression, relationships problems, past trauma and abuse, major life decisions about work, relationships, or spirituality, personality styles, and sexuality.
I can help you gain insight into your emotions behaviors, discover meaning and peace about your life story, form stronger bonds with others, have clarity about life decisions, and take meaningful action towards your goals. I use brief counseling, psychotherapy, neuroscience, mindfulness techniques and Enneagram work when desired.
I have been working as a therapist for over 12 years and find this work to be very meaningful and rewarding. I, like you, am on a journey of discovery and growth through this adventure we call "life." To schedule an appointment with me, call the office of Family Counseling Associates at 317-585-1060.
