My therapeutic approach to mental health treatment is that every individual is deserving of respect and having a strong sense of self-worth. Everyone deserves a happy and meaningful life.
Curtis uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a core modality but infuses a variety of other modalities in treatment including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Gottman Method.
I believe that everyone deserves to be happy and enjoy life. For me it has come as I spend time with family and friends. I have also found joy and fulfillment in my faith and when I am helping and serving others.
