I specialize in working with adolescents, men, veterans, first responders, couples, and families. My areas of focus include post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), behavioral concerns in children and adolescents, marital and parenting challenges, military and veteran transitions, and emotional regulation.
Utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy, I tailor each session to align with your unique needs and therapeutic goals.
