My focus as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is to help individuals and couples navigate anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, trauma, PTSD, and the unique emotional challenges men often face. My approach is grounded in compassion, clarity, and practical tools that support healing and steady growth. I draw from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and systemic principles to explore how thoughts, emotions, and relationships shape each person’s experience. I value creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to process what they’re carrying and begin moving toward healthier patterns and deeper connection.
My work is also shaped by my background in pastoral ministry and personal experience with the transformative power of therapy. I honor each person’s spiritual or faith journey as desired and believe emotional healing and personal renewal are possible even after long seasons of pain.
