I have over 20 years experience and offer both IN-PERSON therapy in Spokane, WA, and ONLINE throughout Washington state. For most people, counseling really works. If you try counseling, you will know if its working within the first 3-5 sessions. Some people need just a handful of sessions to get back to their old selves, others choose to stay involved to deepen their growth.
